    Browser's cookie functionality turned off

    I have trouble with some web sites logging in. The error is Browser's cookie functionality turned off
    I have my cookies set for accept 1st party and prompt for 3rd party. My security is medium. I have followed all instructions to overcome the
    Browser's cookie functionality turned off
    without success. I am currently trying to contact youtube and google but have not found a way to submit my problem to them.
    This problem does not exist on most sites.
    Why can't I get these sites to accept my cookies settings?
