    Playing In The Sandbox...

I started to use Sandboxie recently for Internet Explorer and found that after I close the Sandboxed browser and run Ccleaner nothing is there to be cleaned.
Now, when I run Ccleaner sandboxed it finds all the temp files, cookies etc that were gotten when running IE sandboxed.

I thought after closing the sandboxed browser everything was supposed to be lost or am I missing something here in how I understand the program ????

As usual, all comments to this post will have their name put into a future drawing for an autographed picture of myself suitable for framing...

    Thanks guys..

I believe yu have the delete the sandboxed files as follows: Find the Sandboxie Icon (partially hidden by the boxes in my example)

To delete the contents, I believe so yes. The files are seperated from your PC, but still there until you remove them. Another reason why I do not use Sandboxie that often any more.

Well Ted, like I said, I'm just playing with it...

I do like it for browsing but don't have much use for it for anything else.

    Hi Banyarola,

I use Avast AV which has a Sandbox feature. If your wanting to browse safely use IE 'Inprivate Browsing' or FF 'Private Browsing'.
