    Visible Text (97/SR2)

    I'm sure there is an easy solution but I'm missing it.

    In a report, in a textbox, named "Mileage", if the data is zero or less, I don't want it to show. I set the Visible propery for the text box to "No" and then in the detail section, I added the following to the On Print event:

    If Me!Mileage > 0 Then
    Me!Mileage.Visible = True
    End If

    And, that works fine, for the first occurence. Unfortunately, I am turning on this control with the code but I don't know how to turn it off again, to evaluate the next occurence.

    Any Help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Try this in the OnFormat event of the Detail section (I assume that is where the textbox is):

    Mileage.visible = (Mileage>0)

    BTW, the problem with your first attempt is that you needed an ELSE statement to make it invisible again if condition failed.

    Thanks for the help. I knew it had to be simple.
