What's the best way to get Vista 32bit email/contacts to new PC running Win7 64bit ??

BTW: The friend has U-verse ATT as the ISP. There using ATT web now so no email client is installed in Win7.

They could export their Winmail in Vista to a csv file, save the csv file to flash drive, install Windows Live Mail then inport the csv file from the flash drive to WLM. There is a way to enable Winmail in Win 7 although I do not know the steps and have not done so. I like WLM so have not attempted the other.
