This month, every Windows Secrets subscriber can download a one-chapter excerpt of Windows 7: The Missing Manual.Windows 7: The Missing Manual provides valuable information to help you overcome these difficulties in learning a new operating system. Subscribe today to download your free excerpt.
For a general overview try Excel 2010: This Missing Manual" by Mathew McDonald or second choice Excel 2010 for Dummies.
However, if you are an Excel power user, the above books may not be a good fit. In this case you would be better to search the Web and decide for yourself.
It's reallly what your interested in learning. If you currently use Excel 2007 then 2010 should be an easier upgrade. You can go to the MicroSoft Site and find materials quickly listing all the enhancements. But if you now use Excel 2003 or Older that's a whole differnt story and you should search the WEB for materials and books specific to 2003 or Older to 2010 upgrades. If you are upgrading from 2003 or older I strongly recommend you get the Download available from MicroSoft that has a conversion table of old 2003 menu commands to the new Ribbon commands.
Good Luck

I would recommend Bill Jelen's Excel 2010 In Depth as a good overall book.
