    Printer files

Setting a new connection for a friend with ATT there were several login informations that I wanted to print. I clicked print button, but it went to an old HP printer . She had not changed the default printer to the new one, so the default was the old one that doesn't exist.
There is a file trying to print, but there are no drivers. There must be a place where the spool stores those files. Any suggestions?

Assuming you are using Windows 7 or Vista, Click on the start orb > Devices and printers. Right click on the icon for your old printer and click on see what's printing.

Os Windows XP. When checking the files that didn't print it refers to the website from ATT. I cannot copy and paste to IE9 browser.

You should find the print jobs in C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\PRINTERS on an XP machine.
