Exporting from Outlook mail folders (2000)

I want to build a web site in which individual emails can be accessed through HTML links.
    My questions:

    (1) How can I export all the emails from any Outlook folder into individual files in plain text or HTML format?

    (2) Is there a simple way of displaying an individual email message via a link from an HTML file.

quick and dirty - export to outlook express, dragand drop all the messages to a windows explorer folder and run a batch file to change the file name to txt.

check the housekeeping section at slipstick.com, there are serveral export utilities that might work. also, exlife (<A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.ornic.com>http://www.ornic.com</A>) might be able to save all the mails as text files.

script maybe, otherwise you'll need to create the links. not sure if something like frontpage indexing would do it quickly or not.
