Did you upgrade to IE 9 or did it come on your PC? If you upgraded, was IE 8 working properly? Is so have you tried to uninstall IE 9, then reinstall? To uninstall IE 9, go to Control Panel, Programs and Features. Look at installed the View Installed Updates link, choose IE 9 and uninstall it. When uninstalled, IE 8 is automatically reinstalled by the system.
