    Windows 7 Winzip question

    Hi all,

Trying to create a Windows 7 X64 home premium SP1 install DVD for my daughter.
She just bought a new Win 7X64 SP1 laptop but didn't get a copy of the software on DVD.
So here is what I did, I went to http://www.shaileshtripathi.in/2011/...ntegrated.html and downloaded the correct file. It says it's an ISO file but it looks zipped with winzip I guess.
Here is where I'm having problems I open it with Winzip (I have V15.5 if that's important) and I see like a zillion files. How to I make that into a boot-able DVD for her?

    Thanks for any assistance,
    Steve

That is not a zipped file. It shows as zip, because winzip can open it and it s assigned to the .iso extension by default.
To burn the file to a DVD, right click it, choose Open with and then choose Windows Disc Image Burner.

If you left click an iso file you can simply select Burn Disk Image, then follow directions, or right click the iso file as Rui points out. Either method will then burn the iso Image to a DVD as a bootable Image, in this case Win 7 (whatever version you have a key for). Her original key should work.
