How to create higher-level folders in Hotmail

I see how Hotmail now allows you to create "higher level" folders.

Let's say I have 50 exiting folders for my email.

What I don't understand how to do is to move these lower level exisitng folders
under a newly created "higher level" folder.

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Hi RoadRunner:
Yes; but some start with a # to keep them at the top.

Have you tried drag and drop?

    Joe:
How do you do that in Hotmail? I created a top-level folder, saved it, and tried to drag a folder to it . . . nothing happened.
If I look at "manage folders', the choices have to do with renaming etc.
Is there a way to get an Explorer-type view of the folders I have set up. If I could do that, I probably could drag and drop them.

In the navigation pane on the left, when I drag a folder I've created and hover over a target folder I get the option "Move under ....". then I just drop it and it is moved under the target.

Thanks. I was right-clicking, and that doesn't do the trick. With my left-most button, it does
    what you said.
