    Hi Farrukh

I've had a look at your file but I cannot understand what it is you want.
Can you try to explain a little more please.

I don't understand what you want. Could you elaborate, or perhaps attach a workbook with what you expect the results to be?

    Hi farrukh

    See attached file.
This solution does not require VBA.
It is done using formulas and conditional formatting.

I have added a sheet named [new] to demonstrate this.
I copied your column [A] from your first sheet to sheet [new]
On sheet [new], I have put the required formulas in row 2 for the range [B2:L2]
These formulas must now be copied down, for all the rows used in column [A]

To quickly copy all these formulas, highlight the range [B2:L2] on sheet [new].
With range [B2:L2] selected, double-click on the tiny black square in the bottom-right corner of the selected range.
This will copy all the formulas down to the required rows.
The formula copy-to range will now still be selected.
After these formulas are all copied down, we can now get rid of the formulas by converting them to 'values' using Copy and then Paste Special values.
