HTML Messages Printing (2000/SR1 Win 95)

I've got a user whose Outlook has suddenly started to give gpfs when she tries to print HTML messages. All other message types behave themselves when being printed and Outlook in general is behaving itself other than this problem. She is printing to an HP 4000 with a reasonably new driver. Can anyone shed any light ?

I believe that Outlook uses IE to print HTML messages. Perhaps something has happened to IE that could be fixed with an update?

Thanks for the reply IE is indeed the culprit as you suggest, repair didn't seem to work so will try a reinstall. Many thanks for the advice.
