IE9 links not opening in new tab

Using two computers, Vista 32bit and Vista 64bit.
In IE9, on both computers, all links are opening in the same tab. I've looked and can't find the setting to activate multiple tabs.
    Any help?
    Thanks in advance.

    ZoneB,

Welcome to the lounge as a poster.

Hold the Ctrl Key when you click on a link and it will open in a new tab.
You can also Click the Mouse Wheel to open a link in a new tab.

To manage the Tabs go to Settings | Internet Options | General (Tab) | Tabs (section) | Settings (button).
