    Print Color

I have a Brother 9440 Color Laser. The quality of color print is clearly mediocre. I am running on 64bit windows 7. I notice that when I print from my XP to the same printer I get slightly better color. But on the win7 machine I get particularly flat colors from Publisher, both 2007 and 2010. I experiment with saturation, more color settings, etc. By the time I'm finished I'm afraid I will run through the toner in a matter of hours. Any thoughts?

Do you have the most current Windows 7 drivers for the printer?

In only see icm when I wander through properties. In win7, I haven't seen a way to set this one way or the other. I seems like when I try to change the color scheme from the monitor to the printer it works a little better, but there doesn't seem to be a clear way to set this permanently. There's not even an OK or APPLY that I have found. So I don't know what is using icm and what is not.
