    Pictures Blotchy

Hi guys, I'm working remotely on a windows Vista Laptop all the pictures on the laptop are like the one shown here.
If I transfer the pic to my computer it displays fine.

When I go on the internet on the remote computer images on the internet also look blotchy and not clear like they should...

    Any suggestions will be appreciated..

I checked all the display setting and they all seem O.K.

What software are you using to access the remote PC? Do both you and the remote location have sufficient bandwidth? Have you investigated the settings for the remote access software?

It's the way Team Viewer works, it doesn't need to display images high resolution as normally you will not be working on them, just viewing them.

    I hope so.

When I do the same thing on MY laptop the pictures appear fine.....
My laptop is wired to my router.

Anyway, I'll have to wait and see when they come home how they look to them..

    Thanks..
