Windows 2000 anti-virus software?

I have an old Windows 2000 computer that is still used occasionally and needs still-supported anti-virus software (free or paid). The current software, McAfee VirusScan Plus, is no longer supported for Windows 2000, and McAfee does not have any version compatible with Windows 2000. My main computer is Windows XP, and I will eventually replace it with a Windows 7 one (just $$$!). Then the Win 2000 computer will be retired. ( Both computers are behind a router-equipped home network.)

Any suggestions?

Thanks! I had heard that Avast might be an option, but I am not familiar with the product. I think that they also have a paid version that supports Windows 2000, and I may also check that.
