    Outgoing Port 8

Malwarebytes keeps giving me this warning:
    Malwarebytes successfully block this site
    209.85.147.105
    outgoing port 8
What does this mean what should I do?

That IP address resolves to Google. A quick lookup on the web shows a number of people noting similar kinds of messages from Malwarebytes - specifically referencing attempts to connect to a range of IP addresses using port 8.

Port 8 is not on any recognised port list for communication.

I suspect it's a false positive. However, there is a possibility that a piece of malware has hijacked port 8 and using it to try to either phone home, or mount an attack on the remote server.

Looking on the Malwarebytes forum, they appear to consider it a genuine interception.
