    Sharing Outlook (Office 2000 & 97)

    Please advise:

I have 7 users some use Office 2000 & 97. I want to keep our supplier contact details on 1 address book for all to access(share). Is it possible or need I go the access way

unless you are using exchange server, you'll need to use access. if the details don't change frequently and only one person makes the changes, you could have a main address book or pst that is copied to shared location for each computer to access (one copy for each person).

But generally, using an access or SQL database would be much better.
