    hyperlinks and merging text

Our corporate database will export to Excel. I would like to create a hyperlink to the database record without having to type each one individually. The address for each record is the same except for the document number.

Is there a way to get Excel to insert the document numbers into the hyperlink text? The exported Excel file has the document numbers in a cell. I have attached a sample of what I am trying to do. The actual report can return hundreds of document numbers.

You will see the document numbers, then a faximile of the hyperlink text that would take me directly to that document in the database. In that text you will see the same number as in cell B2. What I need is a way to automatically insert the numbers in column B in the place of 1020395.
    TIA,
    Bret

    Hi

    See attached file.
I added a formula to insert your required numbers.

    Hi Zeddy,

This looks perfect. When you say you added a formula, I don't understand. Where do I find the formula?

    Thanks again,

    Bret

    Hi again Zeddy,

I didn't look long enough. Found the formula. Very nice. Thanks. This is fantastic.
