    George,

Welcome to the lounge as a new poster.

    1. Click on the Settings under Check for solutions to problem reports.
    2. Click the option button for Automatically check for solutions (recommended).
    3. Click OK

When the "Check for Solutions to Problem Reports" is turned "off" you can not change any of the " settings "because only under Group Policy can you turn "on" the feature. However in windows 7 home premium you do not have access to Group Policy! (gpedit.msc) The GP is hidden in the software and I was looking for some one who new how to turn it on.
