MS Excel 2010 Redline Comment Spreadsheet - Need Corresponding Pie Chart

    Hello,

I have a MS Excel 2010 spreadsheet with redline comments from a PDF.

All of my columns are filterable and one column is titled: "REDLINE ADDRESSED"

The options for that (at the moment) are: Y, N or IN PROGRESS. (Y=Yes and N=No).

I would like to take all the answers in that column and have it represented in a percentage complete
    bar graph and/or pie graph.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to make this happen?

Thanks in advance for your input.

    Regards,

    -J

    Hi James

have a look at the attached file.
I used Excel2010's Conditional Formatting > Data Bars > Gradient Fill in this example.
You could adapt the formulas and ranges etc.
    Just an idea.
