    Volume Panel Message at Start-Up

Upon start-up, I see a Volume Panel message - http://frankpiotrowski.net/Volume Panel.jpg - it disappears when I click on OK, but always appears every time I start-up. I tried System Restore when it first started appearing, but that didn't help. I'd like to make it disappear forever. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.

    Frank,
Download and run spybot Search and destroy and malwarebytes. Reply back with logs. This has all the sighns of a virus.

Thanks for the suggestions. I ran Spybot, Malwarebytes and a full scan with Norton Security Suite. Nothing was found and the Volume Panel message still appears.

Is there any strange programs in "programs and features" especially anything with volume panel mentioned?

You could also try downloading and running Superantispyware. it may find what Malwarebytes misses.

All typing errors are my own work and subject to patents pending. Except errors by the spell checker. And that has its own patients.
