    Word 2010 CTRL+Click

When trying to use the "Control+Click" method to move from the "Table of Contents" to the actual article, I receive the following error message "The operation has been cancelled due to a restriction on this computer. Please contact your system administrator" This is a one man machine and I am the administrator and don't know what the problem is or how to fix it. Can anyone help

Although the following Microsoft Fixit refers to Outlook links, I believe it may still apply because this error is caused by default web browser settings:

You receive an error message when you click a hyperlink in Outlook

Your exact issue is more fully described and discussed at Microsoft 2010 Hyperlinks (web, table of contents, etc.) Do Not Work, but notice that the solution (HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Classes\htmlfile\shel l\open\command) is the same one repaired automatically by that Micorsoft Fixit for Outlook.
