    Access E-mail Issues 2010

    We just upgraded to Office 2010 from 2003. I had our database set up to send emails using the code borrowed from http://www.everythingaccess.com/tuto...curity-Warning. It's not working with 2010. I now get a message saying, "Run-time Error '438': Object doesn't support this property or method". When I click debug it sends me to the code with the following highlighted:

    blnSuccessful = objOutlook.FnSendMailSafe(strTo, strCC, strBCC, _
    strSubject, strMessageBody, _
    strAttachmentPaths)

    Any ideas for a solution will be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Eric

    You provided a link to the source of your code. On that page was this notice:

    Outlook 2010 is not as fussy about Security Warnings as earlier versions.

    If you keep your AntiVirus up-todate you can send messages without the Security Warnings, so you don't need special code to get around them.
