    Lexmark Toolbar

Is anyone using this toolbar? If so, I need assistance making printing options available. I no longer see the options to print normal; print black & White; print text only; preview or schedule.

Previously all of the preceding options were spread across IE's webpage where all the other toolbars appear. Currently when I click on the down arrow I only see: Page Setup; Options (which is of no help); Links; Help; and Uninstall.

I've visited Lexmark and they don't seem to know anything about the toolbar because it's not included in their products list.

I really hope someone out there use this tool.

Please disregard this post. I had flash of inspiration and uninstalled the toolbar version 4.63.37.0. Found an earlier version 2.0.3 at Cnet downloads.com and installed it. Now the choices are visible again.

You can still download Version 4 from Lexmark if you need an update or reinstall: Lexmark Toolbar V.4

Thanks Bruce, I looked all over Lexmark's webpage and never found this version. That's why I installed an earlier version from a third-party's webpage.

Do you think I should remove version 2.0.3 first or install version 4 over it?

Took the bull by his horns and uninstalled the Lexmak Toolbar & installed version: 4.63.37.0. Since I had used uninstall before I decided that I should use it again. Common sense, huh?

Thanks so much for the link.

Bruce, I'm sorry to report that the version you mentioned in your post (version 4), has stopped working. Today I went to use it to print a webpage in text only and the options for printing are no longer visible. I now see: Page Setup, Options, Links, Help and Uninstall like it was before.

I have no recourse but to go back to Cnet and get the early version that was working. I have no idea why the newer version stopped working almost over night.

Thanks for trying to assist me,

    Gloria
