Deleted Outlook Contacts in Automated Cleanup
We have an Outlook 2000 user who today received a message as follows:
The Microsoft Exchange Server Mailbox Manager has performed an automated cleanup of folders in your Mailbox. The following items have been deleted because they are older than the 60 day limit. These items can not be retrieved.
13 items were deleted from the ContactsUSA AOV Team folder.
2 items were deleted from the ContactsVendors folder.

Normally, Outlook Contacts don't get deleted by the Mailbox Manager. Would this be due to the fact that the Contacts folder has subfolders? If not, what else could explain it?The postings on this site are my own and do not necessarily represent the position or opinion of WCNOC.
