Pulldown list (Any)

How do I eliminate names in the pulldown list such as in an email address box. Have made several mistakes over the years and now have 6 names on the list with only one valid. Can I edit them?

Yes. Whenever you see these lists, simply use your down arrow on the keyboard to highlight the entry you do not want, then hit the Delete key. It is that simple.

I believe you missed my point. For example when I pull down my email address box, I have several names in there including: ...hotmail,com and ....hotmail.com.. It is very difficult to distinguish between the two and I want to delete the mistakes so the pull down only shows the correct address. How can I edit it?
