Excel 2007 Copy/Paste behavior changes when opening Outlook 2007

When i start to copy/paste formulas in Excel2007, it works fine.

As soon as i open Outlook 2007 (next to Excel) then the paste behavior changes to paste values (removing formulas and make up)
When i close outlook and open a new sheet, the paste functionality is restored

How can i prevent this from happening?

    Hans,

Welcome to the Lounge as a poster.

There was an earlier thread, in the Word Processing forum, about Skype causing problems with cut and paste. If you are using Skype you might try uninstalling it and see if the problem persists.

"i don't think that Skype has to do anything with excel"

I have personal experience of a Skype add-in to Firefox interfering with Excel's drag'n'drop functionality.

It appears that there is a similar issue with the Skype plug-in for Google Chrome: http://community.skype.com/t5/Window...ard/td-p/60806

It would be helpful to check your facts before posting.
