If I use a "standard" shortcut to start an e-mail -- mailto:name@home.com -- is there a way to append something to that that will allow picking stationery?

I want to be able to control whether the stationery has graphics, fonts, etc. at the time I use the shortcut. This would be easy if I could call up the stationery as part of the shortcut.
