Win 7 32 bit to Win 7 64 bit

Hi Friends. When I upgraded to Win 7 I used the 32 bit disk instead of the 64 bit disk. Is there any way I can upgrade to 64 bit without re-installing all my programs?

In short - No. A clean install is required to change the bitness of the OS.
