Windows Live Mail 2011 Crashing

I have up to date Windows Live Essential 2011. The Live Mail 2011 crashes when I close the WLM. Below is the problem signature. I have tries most every thing thet I reaserched on the suggestions received throug Google search. I appreciate any help available.

Click on Windows Live Essentials in 'Programs and features' & select repair. Reboot.

done it twice. I have also performes SFC /scannow without ay success. I performed cleanup - registry and file using ccleaner. I have also run full scan using Windows Security Essentials and Malwarebyte with no malware detucted. Let me say that the error message shows up when closing WLM 2011 and does not allow to close properly. Once or twice I had error message that Windows Live photo Album viewer has stopped working under the same problem signature. Starange! isn't it?

Is access to your mail POP or IMAP

My email access is POP which is the shawmail account. I also have a hotmail account which is not tagged to WLM 2011. I hardly use hotmail account.

I only use Gmail in WLM, once I sign-in with my Hotmail Account, it gets deleted. Check your Shawmail account settings on the servers & advanced tabs.

Have the screen of the two ie server and advance windows on a pdf dsocument generated from word 2007. I ahve attached it for your review.

Compare your server's with mine, I think yours are wrong. Also tick the box 'My Server requires Authentication'
Set your advanced tab like mine exactly.

When I changed the settings like yours, particularly the advanced tab outgoing mail smtp 465, I lost the network connection all together until I invoked WLM off line and change it to default which is 25. I will contact my internet service provider to check on what other value is applicable.
