Some Notes:
Depending on your PATH statement you could have some problems with finding the files for the xperf command. If you run the command from C:\Program Files\Microsoft Windows Performance Toolkit then prefix the .etl files with C:\Windows\System32 and the .xml files with C:\Users\userid\Documents or some such (now you'll know where to find these files for the final step.

I test a lot of software and play in the Registry quite a bit and I always reboot after an install/uninstall, etc., matter of habbit. Unfortunatley, I no longer have a dog to walk and I don't drink coffee...Diet Coke is my vice! YMMV
