FF Sync will not complete
I'm using FF11.0, but the problem has been going on probably since FF9. A message at the bottom of my screen says: "Sync has not been able to complete during the last 7 days. Please check your network settings."
Since I have no idea how to do that, I posted the question on Mozilla. There was one response, and when I changed what was suggested, the message changed slightly, asking me to check something else (I can't remember what), but soon reverted to the customary request to check my network settings. Since I have computers in the two different states in which I reside (separated by 2700 miles), it's imperative for me to be able to access the browser the same way in both locales.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
