Validation key

I have reformated windows 7 home premium the non destructive way and it is refusing my validation key and has told me that either i am using a copy ( which i am not ) or that the key is out of date i purchased the family pack 3 in 1 about 17 months ago would appreciate any advice.

How many times have you re-validated, if more than 3 then yes it is out of date.

When trying to validate does it give you the telephone options when fails? If so use the phone number it gives for your area. Normally have no problem if copy is genuine.

Thank you very much for your reply yes i have reformated more than 3 times and it does give me the phone numbers but i live in thailand and it gives me the ones both in thailand and u.s. It is next to impossible to call the u.s because of the time difference and if i call the thai one i would suppose it is going to be thai language which i dont speak. Thank you for the info at least you have given me some options.

Given your options, first I'd call the Thai number and take the chance you'll get someone who can speak English.

Also, the us phone number has an automated response so the time zone difference shouldn't matter.

Hi joe i tried the u.s. Number and the thai number which did have english i couldnt do either one since i dont text and am not familiar enough with the key board on a phone to react fast enough so i got a thai friend to do it in thai on the thai number and they dont even use the validation key they gave him a series of 6 groups of numbers 8 groups in total and we then entered them into the boxes on the screen i guess they recieved them and then pinged back to the computer and verified it was genuine i dont know a lot about this stuff but i am supposing that is what they did any way it got done thanks to you and others that helped. Thanks again.
