My problem is that my company haven't setup NNTP Access so I can't access it.
Therefore was looking for a comparable WEB-BASED one.
Is there a way to use a web-browser to access the same groups?

Try a search on Google for "Dreamweaver discussion " - it brings up plenty of hits for me.
That's the same link as I gave - the forum opens up in Outlook Newsreader which is what I believe the problem is.
