    Removing picture from Powerpoint slide

I have imported a book cover into a powerpoint slide, which I now want to remove, but not sure how to (see attached slide)

It would be appreciated if someone would provide me with the steps on how to remove the book cover on the top left hand side of the slide

    Howard,

The book cover is on the Master Slide.

    1. Select the View Tab.
    2. Select Slide Master on the ribbon.
    3. In the left hand pane click on the 1st slide.
    4. In the right pane click on the book cover to select.
    5. Press the Delete key.
    6. Click Close Master View on the ribbon.
