Running Win XP SP3. I have lost my Volume Control icon from the taskbar. I have tried the Microsoft FixIt route to no avail.
HOW do I get it back.
Many thanx for any suggestions.

2012-05-02 13:21Go back into the control panel's sound section and have it put back in the taskbar.
If it's already checked, uncheck it then reboot and check it again.
