    printer queue

    Subject: print jobs in queue
I had a HP 2600n printer that I replaced. There were two print jobs in the "queue" that I can't remove or delete. I've tried deleting the printer in Windows 7, deleting the print jobs from "devices and printers" and even tried jv power tools to no avail. Any suggestions?
    Thanks,

1 Go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Administrative Tools

2 Right-click on "Services", and choose "run as administrator"

3 From the services list, right-click on "Print Spooler" and then select "Restart"
