Remove a Tool-bar from Chrome

I installed a program during the install I unchecked install context tool bar.
When I opened my Chrome browser I found the context tool bar had been installed
When trying uninstall this unwanted tool-bar I found out the tool-bar is spying on my computer I could only unchecked a buried tick box to stop the spying
However, I am unable to remove this unwanted spyware tool-bar
How do I get rid of this unwanted spyware tool-bar?

Have you looked into an app such as Revo Uninstaller to see if the Toolbar is listed there. Many toolbars are just separate apps that are listed and removable through an uninstaller, even Programs and features.
