    Outlook 2010 default template

I need a way to include a preset Bcc address on all new messages and replies. I understand that I can include a Bcc address in a template and select the template manually, but is it possible to set up a default template that is used for all new messages and replies automatically?

I tried this method, but it did not work (there were no errors, but a Bcc was not sent).

I haven't tested this and found it through a web search. My original idea was for you to use a rule to automatically create a Bcc. Problem is that Outlook by default just allows the use of CC through rules, but I found this: http://www.ablebits.com/outlook-blind-carbon-copy-bcc-email-addins/new-bcc-rule.php

    C
heck it and see if it is of use.

Thanks for your reply. I had found that, which is an add-in. I had also found this one.

However, I was hoping that it may be possible to do this another way, hence my query whether it is possible to set up a default template in Outlook.
