I asked too many questions in this thread (which contained two posts, Part-1 and Part-2), so I got no answers. When my time permits, I will ask no more than one question per post, and no more than one post per day.
This thread, which i started, should be dropped, but I don't see a way to do that. I was able to delete Part-2.
