How to view all pages as thumbnails like Windows Icons?

In Explorer there is a convenient way to view a lot of picture files with a small thumbnail for each one.
In Word 2003 all we have is a single column down the left, the Thumbnail view.
Is there a way to get a view of all the pages of the document at once on the same screen?

If you use page layout view, you can reduce the zoom to as little as 10%. That'll give you a 'thumbnail' view of the document.

As a quick method to resize the view, press Ctrl as you roll the mouse wheel to zoom in and out. Very handy for zooming in to check a superscript or out to see many pages at once...
