Pinning a Message Changes the Outlook 2010 Taskbar Icon

If I am working on a message, and I save it to my desktop, I can then reopen it and continue working. By saving it first to my desktop, it won't "disappear", so I can, if I want, re-use the memo.

Now, if Outlook is already open, I can drag that memo [e-mail] to my Taskbar and pin it to Outlook, thereby adding it to the Jump List. I Outlook is not open, I can pin it to the Taskbar too, and it will associate with Outlook--but the icon it puts there isn't the "standard" Outlook icon. Instead it is the Contacts icon.

Can I fix that? Is there a way to control which icon is used for pinned items?

    Regards,

Right click on the icon, then right click on the task name below the jump list and select properties. In the short cut tab, click on the change icon button.
