how to hide rows and controls in a report (Access 2000)

How to hide null rows and controls in a report

I need help in the following problem

I have a report for the Items on Stock, enumerating different products and their number in each branch. I have 6 branches. What I want is he following. If there is nothing on stock in ALL branches, then to hide the whole row of the product. However, If there is only one product available,to leave the whole row visible. Also ,I want to hide only the control, if the stock is 0.For example if the stock for s beans I 0 in branch1, to hide this control.

I have heard that I should use an array,or perhaps some simpler solution? I cannot build the code, at least in its simplified form.

    Some results in my report:
    Product branch1 branch2 branch3 branch4 branch5
    11 -43 -4 5 -111
    14 Alur EE 46 0 0 0 0 0
    76 soya beans w 1 30 -1 0 0 -5
    75 s beans 20 0 0 0 0 0
    74 Anrtt Extra 60 0 0 0 0 0
    73 Antif Extra 210 17 -2 0 0 -3
    10 Aralub B A B EP 0 180 0 0 0 0 0
    11 Aralub HLP 1 50 0 0 0 0 0

The name of my report is rptItemsOnStock.

    May I ask for help?

You didn't mention how you are populating the rows. Is it a crosstab query, or do you just have a table that has fields for each branch (I hope not). You could just put <>0 as the selection criteria for each of the branch quantities. The resultant SQL code would include a WHERE clause something like: ... branch1QTY<>0 OR branch2QTY<>0 OR ...etc.
