From field is always blank - Outlook 2007

No matter if I create a new email, reply to one, or forward one the From field is always blank.
The PST file originally came from Outlook 2003 where the From field was always properly filled in.
Can anyone help? Thank you.

Have you checked the account settings at Tools, Account Settings, Change?

There's also a Repair option there which may be worth a try.

Thanks Bruce for the suggestions. But I had to move it all to a different computer and it worked OK after that.
