PrimoPDF Drop Files is easiest .pdf maker

Users who have a reliable .pdf creator may not have discovered the latest free version of PrimoPDF. Once installed, a desktop icon appears called "PrimoPDF-Drop Files." By simply dragging a file name onto this icon and waiting a minute, a .pdf version of the file is created, displayed, and filed in the same folder as the original file. As close to magic as anything I've seen recently.

Readers should be aware that PrimoPDF requires the .NET 2.0 bloatware (something which I prefer to avoid on my mission-critical machines). Caveat emptor.

Clearly you weren't around when the original "drag and drop" feature was first available in Windows. Now that really was magic!
