Open a link minimised in Firefox from outlook

Hi all
When I click on an internet link from my outlook; it brings up my minimised firefox brower everytime.

I am looking for a way to clink on the link and it will automatically open in firefox without bringing firefox to the front.

I know it can be done; as it works on my laptop.

Does anyone know what I need to change to do this.

When in outlook; I want to open a link in Firefox and continue to read my emails while the link is opened in Firefox in the back ground.

open your 'C' drive in explorer click on Organize'/ 'folder and search options'/ in 'General tab' choose 'open in its own window' click 'Apply' then 'OK'. This should open all new windows including Firefox in their own window instead of the same window.
