Transfer email between PCs

I have a desktop PC and a laptop running Win7 and Outlook 2007. Recently I started using Outlook on the laptop while traveling. It downloaded emails that I would like to have on my desktop PC. Windows Secrets is an example of emails I save.. Is there a way to move emails from one computer to another?

Access the mail directly using you browser.

One way would be to create a new folder in the Laptop Outlook (transfer).
Move or copy the emails you want to move to this folder.
Then do a File > Import and Export > Export to a file > Personal Folder File (.pst)
Click Next
Select the Transfer folder
Click Next
Select a destination and file name
Click Finish

This will create a .pst file with the messages you want to move.
Copy this file over to your desktop
Open Outlook on the desktop
Do a File > Import and Export > Import from another program or file > Next >Personal Folder file > Next >browse to the file you saved

This should bring the messages into your desktop Outlook file as a new Transfer folder. You can leave them there or drag and drop them into one of your Outlook folders.

I can't help you with existing emails on the laptop but here's a document that will tell you how to move you PST file into your Documents and then setup Outlook on both machines, or in the case of the instructions on two different images of a dual boot machine, so you can then transfer the PST file back and forth. Once setup you just copy the PST file from one machine to the other as appropriate. I use this method all the time when we go out in our RV I transfer the PST to my laptop and when we return home I transfer it back to the desktop. It even allows me to access my Outlook from either of the 2 Win-7 images I have on my laptop (one with OL2003 and one with OL2010. Note that the instructions reference VISTA and OL2007 but it should point you in the correct direction for Win-7 and OL2010, if not post back and I'll ammend them.
