Developing a macro for use on an intranet

Hi
Firstly, sorry if I have postd this in the wrong section of the lounge.

Anyway basically, what I'm trying to do is add a button to my work intranet site that when selected will download and open several forms and a spreadsheet with the spreadsheet being the primary document.

I guess to explain, we have developed a spreasheet as a datasource for populating a number of documents (7) using mail merge that require the same information. As all our QMS documents site on our intranet (developed using Frontpage) I thought we could develop a macro so that staff could go to the relevant intranet page and for that specific activity could then click the button to open all the files in place of doing them one at a time.

I hope this makes sense and guess if it can't be done then that's fine

You can open the spreadsheet from a link on a web page and then use an auto open macro in the spreadsheet to open the additional documents.
Alternatively create a batch file that opens all the documents and link to that on the web page. This is much easier than the first option.
