    Corp. mail problem

I've got a user who has a bit of a problem. Here is what he says "The problem with my Email is in my personnel address book it will not send any of the Email addresses except for my buddy **** in N.Carolina. The only difference I can see is his is shown as a SMTP or something close to that and the
    others show ccmail."
Any help would be appreciated. I don't have access to his machine so it is just hit an miss with what he's saying. I do know that all the corp. mail (ccmail) sends fine, but they are all to the same domain (ie: me.net) which is the client network.
    Thanks.

    Re: Corp. mail problem

so all the entries in the PAB show a ccmail address type, even if they should be SMTP?
how did he add addresses to the pab? can he open the address in pab and change the offnetwork addresses to smtp?

which version of outlook? if ol98 or 2000 you could use contacts instead of pab. They'd still need to be marked as smtp tho.
